Jessica Simpson Talks Insecurities, Boyfriend
As one of the thousands of attendees at the 2010 Women’s Conference in Long Beach, California, Jessica Simpson spoke with press about her insecurities and how she manages to stay upbeat.
The “Come On Over” singer explained to USA Today, "There's no way you're not going to be affected by the ugly things people say about you. It's very hurtful. It definitely brings up a lot of your own insecurities."
But, with a little help, Jess is able to be positive. "It takes a great family and wonderful friends – and love definitely helps, too – to get through it," she says.
Speaking about her current beau Eric Johnson, Ms Simpson gushed, "He definitely makes me happy and makes me very comfortable being who I am. It's nice to be with somebody who praises you for all the right reasons." (Hollywood Gossip)
